Store Policy

Store Return/Refund Policy

We will refund 100% for the following cases:

1. Items that were not correctly fulfilled by us or for any items missing from the order.
2. Items were damaged due to not being properly packed and packaged by us prior to the shipment.
3. Packages being lost during transit.

We will refund up to 50% for the following cases (out of our control):

1. Items are spoiled due to delays by couriers and/or being held by U.S. Customs for extended period of time. This includes any delays by courier due to destination location being out of regular service areas.
2. Due to the customs and border laws that are different to each country, certain items (ie. items containing meat products) may be held, confiscated, or destroyed by the responsible country's Customs. In this event, we are responsible for and will refund up to 50% of the total purchase price.

***Refunds can be processed depending on customers' preference as follows***

1. Refund deposited back to original payment method
2. Refund as store credit for future purchases

*** Some items may be repackaged to better serve shipping purposes ***

PayPal and Credit Card payments will incur a 5% fee.
